does anyone know what constitutes a completed set in the game statistics?

I am guessing it is a set that finished an ANY tackle provided the attacking team is in control of the turnover e.g kicks, scores, receives a penalty etc. on a tackle other than the last, but if anyone knows the actual way they do it please let me know

thanks

an interesting point you make, the set is complete but also a failure if they get caught on the last, although being caught going hard for a try could hardly be considered failure - any caught on the last must be a complete set

a completed set:

without making an error in the set.
scoring a try anywhere from 1st-6th tackle = completed set.
kicking anywhere from 1st-6th tackle = completed set.

Because running the ball is an option on the last play.

Basically a completed set is a set where no errors occour.
