Does anybody have any knowledge of what is going on at WT behind the scenes with the board, Humphreys and Sheens?

Little bits of info in the media such as the article on McKinnon's possible signing, Mitch Brown's departure, Farah's blow up with Johns, poor form of many players, the non signng of Mason etc all give the impression that something is happening within the club and how it is being run.

Any thoughts / knowledge out there?

Yep, but his comments after siging with the dogs and leaving the club indicated a large degree of frustration with not being given a fair shot, switched around everywhere and being on the outer. I recall somewhere a comment from Sheens like 'Brown knows what my expectations are', similar comment was made yonks ago with Gallant before he departed after the impossibility of him getting a fair shot under Sheens.

Maybe Sheens could go to the UK for a year and have no guaranteed contract when he returns--Forgot we signed him in a massive tug a war with Penrith for three long years. Boy did Penrith dodge a bullet. You wonder how Jennings would have gone in the backrow

I heard a few weeks ago that Sheens had also been in talks with Royce Simmons, to lure him back to be his assistant coach again.

As far as I know, Simmons is still in the UK.

Sheens has clearly got a mental illness.

Yeah, there was a snippet in one of the papers a little while ago on that.

Sounds like there is a 'loose cannon' somewhere in WT upper echelons. Maybe this frustrating season, after all the others, will bring things to a head and force unpleasant decisions.
