Few people have put their CAJONES on the line & backed the ability of ex-Sharks like myself & a few others under months if not years of ridicule of being a rain cloud, pessimist, negative, anti Sharks.

And then I think you should honestly tell everybody why you are so bitter and twisted
And then I think you should tell us all how you love the Sharks and do not wish any harm to come to them
And then I think you should say something positive about the Sharks and promise to cease the unwarranted negativity e.g. bagging players that haven't even arrived yet, just because Anderson has bought them.

besides the fact that that count is wrong Campbell had one major job last night.
Any smart coach would have kicked away from Mini but the panthers kicked straight to him & deep on most occasions.

Now here is the good bit.

Mini has beaten the first tackle more than any other player in the NRL
He is the leading kick return.
He is also the leader in breaking tackles.
Last night he beat the first tackler twice.
He never broke a tackle.
He didn't score.
His returns were so far below his average it was not funny.
Why?
Campbell. Your supposed liabiliy got him near everytime. Along with some Gower help.
He was Nullified completely & PC won the panthers terrritory advantage.
It was a superb play by Langy.
On another note, if it was not for PC'shuge hits on Fitzgibbon & Morley, they might have off loaded more. But he drove them into the ground before they could pass so many times I lost count,

& rightly so. That is how the mixworks & why the game has not turned into a game of 34 front rowers.

John Lang, Premiership winning coach and full-on legend says " there is nothing wrong with PC's defense. In fact he is one of our best. He attempts tackles that no one else in the NRL would attempt & he gets marked down for a miss. I would not have him any other way."
Taht from Langy who just won the GF & used PC as a defensive weapon.

as it was a very close game if the roosters had scored when they were attacking in the 2nd half things could very easily have been different

I have to agree with you there, BTR. Just watched the replay again this morning, and only noticed a couple of misses compared to some great tackles that really put a stop to some of those big rorters fowards.

I think most of you guys want him to do badly because he left us. You need to remember he was as good as "punted" by CA for Kimmorley. Sure he acted a bit petulent and whiney, but can you blame the guy?

Good luck to him anyway, and I would love to see him play against the pommies. He would absolutley terrorise them.
