A win against the Sharks and jag another one along the way and we are in the finals or jag a few wins and we might even get a top four finish. The only problem how are we going to go in final football against bigger stronger and more committed outfits?? My guess we will be celebrating mad moday way way before the grand final

Now if we go belly up and get beaten six times in the next six weeks and miss out on the finals could be the very very best result for the club--No Sheens in 2011.

So whats more important a token trip to the finals or getting Sheens out of tiger town. Iam leaning towards option B

I want to get into the finals and I wants Sheens gone at the end of this season.

Now how do we achieve this?

The Manly game was just a carbon copy of many results over the past four years. I could sit down and bore the pants off everyone and list similar games where we have been rag dolled by bigger and stronger teams. The media know we are soft, the punters know we are soft and so do the good teams and what does our coach do NOTHING. Team selections are now beyond a joke and I doubt at this late stage in the season he will look beyond the players he has already used.

The Sharks will give us a real run for our money and if we win that one it might be the last for the season. Sheens has to be punted

Our only hope is to play the game away from the middle of the ground.

i expect us to beat the sharks 32-8 or something and the media to bat themselves stupid over sheens giving guiding us to a 42 point turn around.

Not so confident, we have been playing like a busted bus for a long time now. The manly game just showed how soft we are

Happy to say I'm glad WT look to be able to get/limp into the final 8 for 2010.

Sad to think the following results:

  • WT will limp in without consistent winning form and relying on a misfiring and very much hot and cold Marshall to keep us in the game.
  • WT will probably loose early in the finals due to Marshalls terrible goal kicking compared to other first line goal kickers.
  • Sheens will be lauded for his efforts despite the scratchy form all year and WT position due more to 'average' teams than any great WT claim to greatness.
  • Sheens claim the 2010 record as vindication of his remaining at WT and stay on for 2011.
  • Press will ignore the obvious and embarrassing in depth questions and stick more to how will you find 2011 without Simmons.
  • 2011 will hopefully see Folkes upgraded to Asst Coach, if he stays, and can lay a claim for 2012 when Teflon leaves.
I really cant see WT extending his contract past 2011. Surely even the sycophants and mesmerised idiots in the WT boardroom wouldnt be that silly. WT need change.

As much as I loathe that muppet, don't think I could actively hope we lose.
Fingers crossed the players take things into their own hands, and play themselves into a bit of form by belting the sharks.
