What is the worst movie you've seen at the cinema?

...and boy have there been a few.

For me, this has probably been one of the worst movies I've ever seen period. I got a free movie voucher from someone and thought I might as well watch it. It was during the 2001 Summer holidays. I left the cinema trying to figure out what the hell the story was about. It seemed like the biggest crock of shit, and I couldn't believe there was actually a half-decent promo about it.

Inside Man.

Just dragged on.. and on.. and on..

Was completely shitfaced when I saw Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, I only remember bits of it but I do remember Indy surviving a nuclear bomb in a fridge? rubbish.

Films I really did not enjoy at all and could not wait to get the f**k out of them:

The Astronaut's Wife
Transformers 4
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

HHGTTG was a real shame because I loved the first two books in the series and was a big fan of the radio and television shows, but sadly I ended up walking out of the cinema about 30 minutes in.

Transformers 4 was just pure horseshit. I only went along because I wanted to go see a movie and a mate wanted to see that instead of Edge of Tomorrow. We ended up seeing Edge of Tomorrow at a later date and he agreed wholeheartedly that we made a terrible decision in seeing that Michael Bay pile of dogshit first.

I think the only movie I've gone to the cinema and actually wished I wasn't there was during The Ring 2.

Loved the first movie and couldn't stand the second one, it actually made me feel really angry!!!! I really don't know what it is about that movie that riled me, so uncharacteristic!

RV - Only film I've ever walked out of at the cinema. Most disappointing Williams film by far.
Jurassic Park 3 - Talking raptor dreams, Spinosaurus and William H. Macy's character... Just no.
Couldn't split them.

I nearly walked out of Spiderman 3 during the dancing scene. I never use my phone while the movie is on but that time I pulled it out and sent a group text telling everyone what was going on and to never go and see it.

Lucy was f**king terrible too.

I was bored one day and thought I'd see a movie. Back in those days I would see just about everything that came out in the cinema (tickets were cheaper then - especially at student rates).
I had never heard of Lost Things, but I thought I'd give it a go. An Aussie horror movie. Could be interesting.
It was the most boring piece of garbage I have ever had the misfortune to pay to see. I still can't believe I didn't walk out halfway through.

Also, while Transformers 4 was an utter piece of shit, it is pretty much The Godfather compared to Transformers 2.

Two words: Robot testicles.

Two more: Robot heaven.

All posters should divide this into two parts....movies they have walked out on as well as the worst movie they have seen in the cinema.

I've only ever walked out of one movie. I lasted around 30 minutes for "Knock-off" with Van Damme and Rob Schnieder before I had enough and took a walk. To this day, the worst movie I've seen at the movies.

Very close calls to walking out were from the movies "Doom" and "Alien V Predator". I wanted to for both but stuck around for the hope both improve as the film went along....they both just got worse. "Doom" was very dull while "AVP" scaled new heights in moronic cinema. These movies I put above "Knock-off" as they gave me hope unlike the dead-end I knew that was "Knock-off".

I cannot leave this thread without putting in "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" in my third level of shitdom. Not as bad as the previous three films I've mentioned...but boy it was bad. The last 20 minutes in particular achieved the absurdity that "Alien v Predator" had over the last thirty minutes, maybe even slightly surpassed it.

What? The aliens?
Or "inter-dimensional beings" as Lucas called them.

Probably about as absurd as the Ark of the Covenant melting off faces.
Or a magic stone that burns when you say some words.
Or cups that can give you either eternal life or instant death.
