Basically, you write an essay of up to 750 words in length on a league related subject.
On the subject of teams - you can make a team but the invitations for this seaason have been issued. however, later in the season, we will be looking at running a competition for new teams / players alongside the sevens competition to give teams / players the oppertunity to gain some experience for next season.
My advice to you is, if you're interested, put your name down in the 'new players' thread. One of the captains will be sure to contact you.
