tvnz shared the kiwis and all blacks as first story sunday night.
the kiwis are getting a lot of press this week, the AB,s a bit more.

3 News had the league story first, pretty amazing. They said "League win outshadows union grand slam" which i was very happy about.

Unfortunately it was possibly the worse week to have the Tri-Nations final, a week before or after would of meant a lot more coverage for the Kiwis. Still the NZ media has appeared to have made a lot of talk about the win.

Media coverage has been amazing....More than expected. Still it carries on with Wiki arriving home yesterday with the cup.

Both channels shared the glorys of both victories but each had the other the other way round. Tv1 had the grandslams 1st then league tv3 had the league 1st an then grandslam. Dont know why people think league doesnt get much coverage on thenews the warriors get more coverage on news than most bloody super 12 teams. The kiwis victory was all over everything everyone was talking about it. The grandslam was great but most nz voted the league as the sporting highlight.

T.v 3 news friday night have their top 8 plays of the week every week. The kiwis tri nations triumph was the number 1 play of the week grandslam was number 2. Loved it when dobson goes an at a number 2 the blacks slam the scots at murry feild. And our number 1 play of the week well there can only be one the triumphant kiws belted the aussies to 24 - 0 trinations victory. Its good everyone still talking about it over here.
