Because we have a 7 but he is playing 1,so our 6 is now playing 7 and our 13 now plays 6 that's if 3&4 don't play there and so on and so on,what a bloody rabble no wonder we played like crap this year!

I'm sure that I have read somewhere that Jack Gibson said, words to the effect of - you don't recruit a player from a grade lower than 1st grade, from a club lower than you on the table.

Meaning, that if the guy can't make 1st grade and the team is lower than you, your players must be doing OK.

Old Jack was the first super coach but I think that quote just dosen't hold these days. But at least there are 9 teams who finished above the Tigers this year.

There are plenty of lower grade players who would do very well at a team like the Tigers, gee, the Tigers already have a 7 or three, problem is the coach.
