If the Eels win by 27 points it will be equal - 28 points Eels will be 1 better.

Brisbane will go through -

The order to differentiate between teams equal on points is

1. Differential
2. Percentage (like the AFL use as their primary one)
3. Tries Conceded
4. Tries Scored
5. Goals Conceded
6. Goals Scored

There is also Penalties conceded which is placed between 2 & 3 or after 6. Forget which one.

Percentages. Currently Brisbane is on 106.68% and Parra is on 101.11%

So Brisbane will go through as it's impossible for Parra to win by 27 and overtake them. 106.09% is what it'll be if it's 27-0 and of course the more points Penrith score the lower the percentage goes, even keeping the 27-point margin.
