What would we do without Farah?

And what do we do with the others?

I swear the dude played 9 AND 7 at the same time yesterday.

After Lui had cocked up 3 or 4 last play options in a row early in the game, he got in to first receiver, took control and steadied us. Even with our prop rotation mysteriously going to sh*t and Benji having "one of those games", he still managed to keep us on course.

The problem is, he won't be able to do it against good teams. What are we meant to do about our half back? And what do we do when Benji has his inevitable fruit loop matches?

We do not stand deep enough for our kicks on the 5th tackle either.

Lui and Benj seem to be constantly under charge down pressure.

I read a quote today of Ryan dirty on himself admitting he should have been out there.

Benji did have one of those games, but in saying that he was the only one who looked dangerous. That long ball he threw to Tuqiri was a beauty, pity Tuqiri's pass to Heighington wasn't so good. Benji tries his guts out that's for sure. At least he doesn't go missing like he has at times in previous years.

If we didn't have Farah I would hazard a guess that halfback would be where the $$$$ would have been spent and we would have a more no-nonsense hooker.

I am a massive fan.

I thought Westie was asking a question about how our team would be without Farah.

As Farah is one of only two hookers in the entire NRL you can base your attack around as a halfback at the PTB I just think it would mean a re-think of our structure.

No-nonsense is not a criticism or a judgement on toughness. It just means a run of the mill player, not a club defining player like Farah.

As a person I think he is an utter f**kwit and that more than anything has cost him time in a rep jersey but as a player he and Smith are the only two in that class in the NRL

It is his arrogance and his attitude in my dealings with him.

But as I said I think he is a f**kwit in that regard but it doesn't change the fact he is a great player and a class act for the Tigers in the media as well.

I can tell you for a fact he is viewed as "smug" and "not a good bloke" by Origin staff including Roach and that is the main reason why he got dropped from Origin.

It's no coincidence that Ennis was out on the drink every weekend with Joey between Origin 2 & 3 2009

Some blokes are too f**king sensitive. What's wrong with a bloke being abit cheeky and talkin it up, having a bit of fun. f**k me..Wendell does it and that's okay. Roach is a f**king turd.

Met Farah a couple of times, he was abit "smart"....big deal ! There's no malice. Roach on the other hand is a farkwit.

I agree.

I am just saying that perception by others of his character has more to do with him missing Origin than his skill as a player.

I think he is an utter merkin but even if I were not a Tigers fan he would be the first guy I picked for Origin

Why do you think he is an utter merkin? What did he do to you that hurts you to this day? Talk to me. Open up, let it out. Did he not sign your backside when asking him ??

The guy is a gun. I have to agree with Mulvi (for once); farah has sacrificed far too much for what may ultimately end up being the wrong reasons. Fortunately his loyalty should pay off sooner rather than later.

Farah is our main man. Our captain and our best player. He speaks quite cautiously in front of the cameras, however i think that hides the fact that he is a fierce competitor. He is not afraid to ruffle the feathers at Concord and demanded he change our approach to recruitment. That shows me he cares, he cares about the club and our performances more then most.

I can understand being criticial of someone who is very egotistical but in reality are completely f**king hopeless footballers.

But if they are great footballers and continually put in world class performances, then I don't care. At least their performances back up their own opinions of themselves.

Sure he could be humble, but ultimately every f**king player is humble nowadays and it has meant all the players are boring drones. At least he has some personality.

How often do we watch Melbourne, SOO or Australia play. 3 of the most dominant teams this decade and while Cam Smith is brilliant and does bring alot to the table, its not because of him the team is great, its because of the team he is brilliant.

Farah has single handidly won us games when every other position had failed their duties for 15-20 mins at a time he has always held the team together.

As for his attitude, in the media a class leader and close to being the face of NRL. In public he can be what ever he wants to be. you couldnt imagine one of the games best players greeting every fan with open arms, it would drive him insane, needs to keep a distance.

So to answer your question, we would be farked without Farah.

I rate Farah as the best hooker in the game and one of the top 10 players in the game. However he has one big weakness that stops him from being an automatic selection in SOO. He does not tackle with his shoulder and never ever hurts anyone when he`s defending.

farah seems to have rubbed a lot of opposition players up the wrong way. did you see hindmarsh go into bat for ennis when wendell said farah should get the origin gig? it was worse then sheens defending fitzy

i think farah says it how he sees it and doesnt hold back, therefore making him obsolete in todays games of cliches and tow the line boys. seriously watching player interviews is a joke these days. every question is the same and every answer is the same. its as if the nrl have handed out a 'standard interview script' to all media and players.

if farah doesnt agree with how something is been done he says it, which is frowned upon. if it wasnt for farah morris would probably still be our halfback and payne and galea would be our bench props.

I`m not talking about Ennis, i`m talking about Farah. He always plays well at Leichhardt and played well on Sunday, BUT when those big Raiders forwards were steamrolling us up the middle, Farah was still arm grabbing and being dragged 10m before he was bringing the Raiders forwards in particular Shillington to ground. Now I realise Farah isn`t the biggest of blokes, but he`s no smaller than others such as Nathan Friend, Isaac De Gois, Matt Ballin, Ian Henderson etc who although not in the same class as Farah, they do all hit hard with their shoulders when the team needs them. Robbie has to harden up starting this Friday night against the Dragons and start defending more aggressively for the good of the Wests Tigers and also to ensure he is never again overlooked for NSW !!!
