The original Star Wars trilogy are three of the best movies ever made.
Nothing nerdy about either. There is nothing these days that can be levelled to being nerdy.

Empire maybe, the other two... Meh.

George Lucas has to be one of the worst directors going around, without the special effects he sure knows how to butcher somewhat decent scripts on the screen. I loved star wars as a kid, but boy do I find those movies boring now.

empire is the sh!t.

recently rewatched starwars and was appalled at some of the acting in it.mark hamil is dreadful and the script is ordinary.thank f**k for alec guiness and harrison ford.

still loved it.
