Perfect!

He Who Shall Not Be Named should have a contract proposal for us soon.

Here's my proposal:

1) After ASRL pays Chris all the royalties and licensing fees that he deserves...
2) ...Chris buys Newcastle Knights...
3) ...hires me to manage the team, knowing that he can't lose (if I fail, who can tell the difference in the table? if I succeed, he gets to hold a huge cup!)...
4) ...and with the extra pokey and poke machines, becomes so wealthy, he buys Australia...

Pick-ups are off limits to clubs who were at or above the squad limit after the draft, but before making any drops.

Any clubs with 28 or less players after the draft are free to make a pick-up or two now if need be.

As to utilities, generally at least one forward position is required to qualify. Gidley played lock, hooker, five eighth, halfback, centre, and fullback for the Knights on different occasions, as an example.

Quohog are looking at Brad Takairangi as their 29th player
Question, would he be considered a 99? as he has filled in at 2nd row, lock, centre and 5/8th? If so, pen him into the Quohog side

Yep, I'd be happy to have him as a utility. Bear in mind that a utility is an extra +$50,000 on top of the usual salary.
