What's up with Michael Crocker??

Anyone know what the story is with Michael Crocker and why the rest of the Roosters team don't like him so much??? :?

Is he just an a#$ehole and doesn't get on with everyone or is it something else?

I remember hearing about 10 years ago that Martin Bella and Craig Polla-Mounter were unpopular with the Dogs players and actually refused to get changed with their teammates at the same time and the same room and didn't speak to teammates outside of the playing field :shock:

Is this the same with Crocker?

I heard on the news that he is tolerated for the sake of his current good form and for the Roosters late run to a top eight spot

I loved watching him lose the roosters the game last night, so maybe its his constant cheap penalties and simple mistakes that makes him disliked

He is a big girls blouse which is supported by the fact that he has one of those girlie tattoos on his back like chicks get for a landing pad. He is also a love-me-doo and rates himself big time even though he has got a head like something went through it.

He's under some illusion that Crocker still has a two year contract with the Roosters, still a "big part" and hasn't been told he can approach other clubs

boldshane if you look at the post date i said that before it was made clear he would look to other offers and infact make use of his exclusion clause in his contract which allows him to speak to clubs a yr before the end of his contract

u were questioning what is up with him, and that he was hardly being tolerated at the roosters and thats what i am disputing.

he is very much a part of the first grade side as it stands at the moment. hes still got half a season before he goes anywhere.

as for approaching other clubs. the roosters realise they cannot afford him as his current contract was made when he was a fringe first grade player and now he is a international player potentially commanding 300,000 a year.

he was sh*t on friday night and has been looking pretty average so far this year. but there are no dramas between him and the roosters management, besides the fact he will leave the club for more money. other ties are perfectly fine

maybe some that have been around here a bit longer than march know that some players family members frequent this forum and have enough respect of that fact not t' get into discussion about shyte thats none of our business. sure if they have a crap game say so but leave the speculation of other crap out of it. I for one hope the bloke re-signs with the roosters but if he doesn't then hope melbourne is the place of choice as it'd be worth venturing t' storm games next year just t' see the old rooster play.

I agree with you completely Morticia some people just have no idea.

I love Crock I'll be devastated if he leaves he is my favourite and has been for the past few seasons after meeting him a couple of seasons back.

If he joins the Storm I'll be furious with the chooks and jealous you'll get to see him play frequently
