i'd rather see the boy in red,white n blue anyday rg but it may revive a bit of the passion i have lost forwatching league over the last year if he comes this way. roosters v storm will be my only live game this year so Crocker in purple and girlie gold may be enough t' get me out in the freezing cold next year. anymore thoughts on a trip south? the exacy date of the game should be up this week. have conned two afl fans, one kiwi and two soccer mad poms t' join the contingent thus far. should be an interesting night/day. anyone coming down t' melbourne for the game?

I've been throwing out hints for the past couple of months. I haven't given up hope just yet. I reckon it sounds as though you've got a great group together to join you. At least they sound like they could be noisy types I'd expect lots of cheering.

don't know about a good bunch. none of them know the first thing about league. however one of the students that has just come through our unit moved down here from queensland last year so i accosted her and her and her husband are keen. trouble is we got a whole lot of neutrals. might have t' somehow convince them that they wont be let in unless theyre wearing red, white and blue and carrying a roosters flag lol.

to answer your question rg. we can stop spending money on dead wood and start retaining what we've got and upgrading our futures contracts. if crocker and cayless go, with the possibility of flannery too we'll have what? 4 left that played in the gf in 02, next year. i never was that good at math but it equates t' f**k all, that much i know.
