When do then teams get updated?

Just wondering when the teams get updated each week? Is there specific day when Rabs or Misty do the updates. Or do we just go to Rabs CRL site?

total form increase 3....overall i'm down about 4 on what i started with and soon as I get back near the top of form...BANG Canberra has the wood on me so my form will go down again..greeeeeeeeeat.

My Premier League is GOOOOOOOOOOORN...dunno what i'm gonna do about that....

Melbourne got DOMINATED and didn't score a point against souths and their form went up 19!.....

While Penrith smacked the living sh*t out of NZ and NZ had the wood...yet their form went down

From Rab's website it looks like you're in front of where you started with form Big Mick?

You're on 455.7 compared to starting the season on 452? And in first grade your Round 1 side went in at 243, and (based on last week's side) this week you'd go in at 249?

The fluctuations are part of the deal now, just tricky trying to predict how they will work out. But yeah, but luck of the draw facing a wood when you're back on top - might have to use one of your fire em ups ;-)
