A question for everyone on here and you can be the first to respond, Avenger. There's not a person anywhere who can pinpoint why we are having a train wreck of a season. There's a bunch or reasons put forward by plenty who know more about the game than I, and I'm certainly not going to brush over any of those opinions again. My question is a simple one. Why, in your opinion, has BA lost the dressing room?

It just happens bro. He has his window in 16/17. Now he is stale and needs to go. We are shooting oursleves in the foot if we give him another go next year. Better coaches than him have gone stale. The discipline is just not there and
It is his responsibility. They are to blame too but the buck stops with the coach.

The only way he should stay is if he manages to pull in some highly regarded assistants and actually lets them take control of their respective positions.

My issuse was nothin changed. Attack from rnd one was same as rnd 25 and will be the same unless make changes for 2019. In 17 it worked. Coaches then worked out his style and game plan. He hasnt changed it. Easy pickings.
Same happend with Des in end when other teams worked out how to play against their style. I reckon players look disinterested. Perhaps they think this shit doesnt work why dont you come up with something new? Body language is done. Team needs a shake up.

Robinson won three Minor Premierships, one Premiership before that and one Minor Premiership and a Top 4 finish since. BA has made the Top 4 once and never won a finals game that entire time. To compare the two is ludicrous.

He is stale and seems bereft of ideas.

That said, I think some people are just hoping that a new coach will suddenly jolt our team into something considerably better. Not sure it is that easy. Our coaching is definitely a problem but the problems at our club run much deeper.
