Con and Malo would slot in seamlessly......not the other two.

Not ready at all, although Fai is a lot closer than he was.

Nobby does not have the footballing maturity yet......it may or may not come,
I don't know. I agree he has the X factor, but he will continue to get smashed
until he gets some football smarts and I like the kid too much to see him end
up as a Toovey MkII.

I know where this guy is, just been watching him play, but why did Jeremiah Pai not make it ? I remember watching him in the early years of the BC and he had some skill then and went to Parra. He still looked good today in the bit i saw of the game

Jeremiah looked better today than I have seen him look for a long time.

Playing at stand off for periods of the game.......fantastic.

What a game.....didn't think it was ever going to end.....and I only saw the last
30 minutes !!

I was the same as you really, only saw the extra time, was fantastic, really hope they replay it at some point. The field goal miss from 10m out right in front missing, and the knock ons on the 5th in decent position really added to the drama of the match

Pai looks to have a huge kick on him, were some very good kicks from him at crucial times

how was carlaw park ?

It was really good. The PM, Pita Sharples, Jude Tizzard, Hubbard and anyone who is
anyone in the League world was there.......I had a tear in my eye, it was so well done.
It was short (one hour), but very sweet.

Doc Takutai Wikiriwhi from Ngati Whatua was absolutely amazing.

Only complaint.........no one from the clubs appeared to be there.

Jeremiah Pai... he played two games off the bench at hooker for us in 2002 didn't he? One against Parra, one against the Tigers? Was he a natural hooker, or a makeshift one, the reason I ask is it seemed he took forever to wind up and actually clear the ruck with his passes.

Haven't their been some one or two game Warriors over the years...
