Where next for Origin?

I think the Origin series should stay in Australia. One match in each state and the remaining one on rotation around the rest of the country.

However if it did, by some miracle, end up coming to the UK then Manchester would be far better suited than London. RL is far more popular in the Northern half of the country than in the South. (I for one would be there like a shot)

origin in UK is a yes, its a no brainer, do it as soon as possible, the UK and others would lap it up, expose origin to millions for the 1st time, the exposure would be astronomical

A big NO from me taking it overseas. NRL needs to concentrate building up its support in Perth, Adelaide, and Melbourne rather then Hong Kong, Singapore, and London.

Ideally one Brisbane, one Sydney and a rotating Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide game.

If NRL wants expansion it has to share its biggest Rugby League event with other states other then QLD and NSW. State of Origin series generates the NRL 30 million reducing it to one game won't happen there would be a huge backlash from fans, sponsors, and television if it was ever attempted.
