There'd have to be a JB Hi Fi around as well I guess.

You after new or old stuff mate? I would looooooove to offload my entire collection of around 700+ CDs that are just pieces of plastic taking up space to me.

Step 1 - Rip them all onto your computer
Step 2 - Back up on an external Hard Drive
Step 3 - Dispose of CD's in a garbage bin.

Steps 1 and 2 were covered a long time ago.

They are still worth something though. It's not as though CDs have been realistically superseded by any other physical medium for commercial distribution of music.

If you take 500 of them to cash converters you'll get $10.00 for them. Might even cover the parking fee.

Is this a bit of knowledge you picked up over the years to finance your meth habit? They saw you coming, hey.

If I had the patience I could offload them all one by one on ebay for a lot more than ten bucks.

I went to jhi fi and there was a line of 20 people. I won't be going back ever again for a CD.

I will just download flyleaf albums on itunes :)

Oh sorry mate, I didn't realise you were looking for somewhere that would only serve you.

Well to be honest, having two people serve at the counter and having an abudance of useless salespeople wandering the floor while there are twenty people waiting in line is unacceptable. This is not communist China, this is Australia.

I don't care. I will take my dollars online and help retailers die a slow and painful death.

If you want to skimp on staff and save a couple hundred dollars, you are just delaying the inevitable.

No u won't. The most rebellious thing anyone who listens to flyleaf has done is go bed with socks on.
