I think the Colonel is on the money. Smith would not be in Parra to see Nagaima's manager. Toulos and Paulo would be good acquisitions

I liked what I saw from Tsulous in FG last year, but I havnt seen much of him, and he isnt the signing we need.

Paulo seems to be rated fairly highly by eels fans, but once again, not what we need I dont think.
