Which Broncos Deserve To Play In The Four Nations?

Only three full-time frontrowers - Scott, Shillington and Galloway - although Thaiday and Gallen can fill that role.

Agree - Hannant was below his best all year, and Hodges needs a break and looks to have entered a new phase of his career where physios are suggesting he takes regular breaks throughout the year. As long as he plays Origin - that's the main thing.

Kite could consider himself unlucky not to be chosen over Williams.

Kite's just as soft as Scott Anderson.

Congratulations to Corey. Very well deserved after 5 years of consistent high standards at lock.

I think Aus should play Gallen in the front row with Parker at Lock to accommodate our poor front row depth. We don't lose much because Parker has a very similar work rate to Gallen. Unfortunately I can't see it happening. Glenn and Watmough would be more likely.

Apparently Gallen has been selected as a prop. So I think Parker will start.

They also haven't selected a right centre which is a bit strange, maybe Luke Lewis will be third choice centre? Or possibly Boyd. Never seen Lawrence at right centre, he will be be severely limited seeing he only palms with his right hand .

I doubt Corey starts... He deserves to, but I think they start G. Stewart, or L. Lewis at 13. Gallen is a prop now in the eyes of the selectors.

The centres thing is very strange, considering we played the final last year with our 3rd and 4th choice centres due to injury. Maybe they are counting Dave Taylor as a centre?

Congratulations to Alex Glenn and Gerard Beale on making the Kiwi Squad.

If it were up to me they would both be in my 17. Glenn would be one of the first back rowers picked, and with Sau and SKD injured (I think), and the fact I think Matai is an overrated cheap shot merchant, I'd give Beale a go.

It would be cool if next year Hoffman could get the gig at fullback over Locke, Beale somewhere else in the team and Glenn in the backrow.

And still Parker is overlooked... It's ridiculous that he didn't make the team. Hopefully Williams is dropped after this game.

Also I'm pretty disappointed that Yow Yeh got dropped. Boyd and Uate are great wingers but Yow Yeh was shown no loyalty or respect. This is why we need a QLDer as a coach.

It is an utter joke that Parker didn't get selected.

Yow Yeh is still a little bit inconsistent, so I'm not overly surprised he missed out.

Beale and Glenn will make their debut for NZ this weekend. Very exciting!

Is this the first time to Broncos have the same representation in the NZ team and Aus team?

Looking forward to the game.

Really excited to see these boys play for NZ. With a lot of players out injured for NZ and coming back in the future, I hope this pushes Beale and Glenn to the next level for NZ to try keep their spots in the team.

I bloody hope so user_nat. It will bring more balance to the team and allow Watmough/Lewis/Thaiday to do less hard work so they can attack the fringes which is what they are best at. Plus I think it will be pretty hard to top our go forward and defence with Gallen, Scott and Parker up the middle.

Yow Yeh could play wing with Boyd moving to fullback.

That sounds like the most logical option to me. The only other option would be to move one of Lewis or Williams to centre/wing like they did durin the game, and push Boyd to fullback but I think Yow Yeh deserves a call up because he didn't deserve to lose his spot to Uate.
