I would say Folkes. Then Stuart.

I didn't consider Raper, Elliot, McRae or Smith as they never really set the world on fire with their 1st grade exploits.
Wayne bennett played for Australia although never in the ARL.

Folkes was a hard nut who played way above his body weight.

Michael Hagan represented QLD 5 times and won a couple of premierships in the 80's before been a great player for the knights in his later years. Why is he not on the list, especially seeing he is a better player then some on it.
