What innovative ideas has he come up with??? I dont follow souths all that closely, but from what i gathered the new regime there wanted an upgraded training facility.......wow, who would have guessed that was needed, considering they had the worst facilities in the league..........

Getting rid of poker machines, well seeing as though the poker machine tax and smoking ban being well known for at least 4-5 years prior, again that is really nothing innovative.

I cant really remember anything really susbatantial that he has done, but I am sure the Souths fans will be able to name a few things on here that he has done.

IMO his celebrity status and own $$$$ is the only thing he has brought to the club. Which is not a bad thing at all as you say, but let's be honest, he hopefully should never have to bail them out of dire straits again.
He got rid of cheerleaders and fitted out the team in Armani suits. That should see them through the hard times. A team dressed in Armani suits can't go broke.

The Illawarra brand should be as powerful as Newcastles.

Smart people like the Gordon's will fix that.
There is nowhere enough inbreeding in the Illawarra to match Newcastle's fanatacism. The only thing that has kept the Knights going all these years is the mental cases from the Newcastle area's devotion to their team.

A good percentage of the regulars at Win stadium are from Sydney.
