I dunno, I've been there a few times. Its cold as anything in winter, hot as a desert in summer, and doesn't have much of a thriving social scene. There are no resorts or beaches nearby.

The housing is good, and public transport is ok, but for mine that's about it. As such that's why it'd be classified as average.
