I was watching the Warriors victory yesterday and in the last few minutes of the game they weirdly cut to Wahs CEO Cameron George, just standing out in the open ... somewhere in the stadium. Then after the siren they panned back to him and ... looking totally scripted he does a right hand raise with an open hand, like he's firing up the 'infinity stones'. He does it three times in a row. Is this some sort of attempt to create a mimic?

We saw the failed Raise your red hankie or whatever those Dragons idiots were doing. You've got the Sharks spirit fingers, the Broncos obnoxious fist pumping after tries, and the Dolphins phin thing - which has to be a very limited marketing tool. Where else are people wearing a hat with a fin on it, except for the footy?

Are there others I'm missing? Is every team in the comp now playing catchup with the Raiders who are just the innovators of the Australian sporting landscape?

The phin “hat” is free and great marketing tool for both the Dolphins and Budget Direct

He's doing a mana wave. Or at least trying to.

Check out DWZ's try celebration after his score, that's what a mana wave is supposed to look like... not the slightly Germanic version George is putting out there.

Dallin needs to have a quiet word to the boss before he gets himself in trouble.

Claws out baby!

At least that seemed to be a spontaneous thing created by one of our players and not a PR driven attempt like the red hankie

I stumbled across a Birmingham UK Soccer introduction and this is supposed to happen at every home game.

As the ground announcer introduces the opposition players and their numbers (in a tone like he doesn't know who they are) the crowd yells -WHO.

Would be funny hearing 1 Reece Walsh and the entire crowd yell WHO - followed in turn by the rest of the Broncs.
