• Manly to NSW Cup if they want to stay at Brookie or Gosford if they want an NRL spot
• Sydney Roosters to become the team of Sydney's affluent north and east from Moore Park as the Swans and Waratahs have been able to do (they already have a partnership with Norths).
• Wests Tigers to Perth - West Coast Tigers
• Brisbane 2 admitted to the NRL

That leaves us with:

• Gosford problem sorted
• Brookie problem sorted

• Sea Eagles and Tigers not axed from the comp and the brand lives on in the NRL
• Finally puts us ahead of where we were in 1995 with Perth, Brisbane 2 and Melbourne in the comp
• There is room to add NZ2 and Adelaide as the 17th and 18th teams in the future

Didn't they nosedive because of a thing called Super League war though?
You put a team in Perth because it's the 4th largest city in the country which brings huge upside to the whole comp. The fact that V'landys and some other decision making people don't see this is quite honestly suspicious....

Seems like you just like to rage against Perth to try and rile up Perth Red...

Adelaide got 15,000 in 1997 Super League.

thats a lot better than most the current crop of teams, and they dived when it became apparent they wouldn't exist for much longer, why support a club thats only been around for a year and you know wont be around the next year

I'd go NZ2 and make the Canterbury Bulldogs a Sydney-Christchurch club. NZ has 2.5 teams and Foxtel has the 6pm Fri pub game sorted. The game can be held in NZ each week.

they existed for 2 years, and in the second year they knew it would be there last
1 with relatively good crowds, 1 with relatively poor crowds (but still not the worst)

they weren't around long enough to make any assumptions on their future
