no 2 is craig cavlert came 2nd to darren albert in the fastest man in RL comp

salary cap is 450k

not sure what they earn exactley, normally they get a house provided, a contract weekly payment and win or lose pay

think you would be looking at around 20k(uk) at a rate of about £1 to to 2.50NZ dollars about 50k NZ plus accomadation

the problem is we only get one quota player , so that restricts it a bit

given our current injury crisis if you know as kolpack players or ones with british passports send the over ;>)

They would squeeze 25 into the 450K? Does the house get included in the cap as well.

I thought the kolpack thing was being done away with or is it just being phased out?

house cost are included in the cap but i think , not sure about the kolpack thing, the videos are great its our local paper that does it and its great for many exiles

our squad of 26 is ia made up of maily local players or player like david falitlofa,leroy joe, tane manaehria who have lived local for about 10 years

then we have karl edmundson who is on contract with a house and does the club community role for the club, sia makisi who is our quota player again on contract , and one more full time player as well as a couple who travel to play for haven

now 4 th in the league and stokes is proving to be a the saviour of our season

when he arrived we were 2nd bottom now were 4th and look good for at least a fourth place finish and in the plays offs maybe even third

a poor away defeat to dewsbury, at home to sheffiled on thursday night a chance to bounce back to 4th

our recent good performances have been rewarded with stoksey getting coach of the monthe and karl edmundson player of the month plus 5 players in team of the month

a defeat away at leigh 32-8 then a home win in the last league games of the season against widnes 20-16

so we finished 5th in the league and are away to leigh in the play offs on the 7th sept
