Another brilliant talent lost to the deadly attraction of addiction...so it would seem.

said the same thing to the missus, "you can give bobby brown the assist".

though she didnt have any real musical impact on my life, its always sad to see a talent lost too early.

Exactly. You might not have appreciated what she was singing, but the fact that she could sing was undeniable. RIP.

Oh god. How many lives and talents are going to be lost like this before they realise that it's not the way?

    RIP Whitney Houston

    Blame him all you like.

She was a grown arse women who made choices. Nobody held a gun to her head. You make your own bed.

A sign of wisdom and maturity is when you come to terms with the realization that your decisions cause your rewards and consequences. You are responsible for your life, and your ultimate success depends on the choices you make -- Denis Waitley

    RIP.

A great talent - with a near flawless voice - has passed.

Sad news. She touched so many people with her singing. I'm glad as many would be that she utilised her talents to her full potential. RIP :(

What's a bet Dolly shows up at the funeral and performs "I will always love you"...?
