Unfortunately, by "NRL", Albert meant since the start of the competition known as the NRL (i.e. 1998) which is why he doesn't have people of the ilk of Hanley, Gray, Watson, Bishop, Reilly etc in his poll. That's why there are so many plodders in the poll by comparison.
