Ennis has played one firstgrade game - Witt has never played firstgrade

Both were tryscoring freaks in Premier League - with Ennis scoring 19 from 19 games and Witt scoring 5 in one game alone. Ennis scored his from hooker, and Witt played several positions, mostly halfback.

Ennis is 2 years younger.

Ennis played in a team that was well beaten most weeks, so he did most of his tryscoring without much support - Witt played for a very talented Parra side who supported each other really well.

In my opinion, Ennis is ahead on every criteria I can think of - except maybe that it has been a long time since he has played halfback.

Haven't seen enough of Witt to make a judgement, in fact I haven't seen anything of Witt as yet, so going on that i would have to say Witt will have to be good to be in front of Ennis from what I have seen of Ennis.

they both look very good, although havent seen enough of them, id like to see how witt goes when under pressure tho, as he has a propensity to go missing when most needed form what ive heard, looked good in 7's tho, both did

I've seen both play, it's difficult to judge them as they play different positions but I'd have to go with Ennis on raw talent. You can mark my words that Ennis will be the Australian hooker in a few years.

btw, sorta off-topic but I know you'll be interested roopy -- Tupuo has been selected in the Roosters 1st Grade team to play this week.

I think we're gonna be rueing the decision to let him go through the year...

Toupu was a huge loss - I thought he was our best junior in 2002 - and losing a prop forward with huge talent just sucked. Jermaine Ale was the guy who i really thought would go places as well, and he is also at the roosters, and will some day come back to bite us on the bum.

I've seen both play, and they are both fairly decent, so I have had to vote for "Can't split them".
