The Sharks were bad last night, very bad
And constructive criticism and debate should be encouraged

But keep in mind it's the first game and the after-summer dropsys should iron themselves out, and once Merritt and Vagana come back, we should fare better in the backs

After doom and gloom last night I've woken up and realised the world hasnt ended. And I was negative last night but there's no way I'd ever stop going to the games.

That's a bit outrageous isnt it?

I agree Shireshark it is a bit outrageous not going to the game, But my frustration comes from last years effort. When is the last time Cronulla won a game?????? How many losses in a row now????????

We lost last night
We lost round 26 last year

But we beat Souths in the match before that 54-34 with a lot of talent being shown by our young blokes

I wont say I'm not concerned about last night or what I see as inadequate recruitment but it's not the end of the world...yet

I'd be happy to eat my own words if we produce consistent competitive performances.

At this stage, I just can't see it happening.

The current teams performance is a disgrace to the club

What a stupid comment docking
The 'current team' has played one game together
They were bad last night but all teams are rusty after the summer break

Perhaps. But can you see us improving enough to challenge the Dogs next week?

I really hope so, I did'nt see the Bulldogs v Eels game last night but were the Dogs that dominant or the Eels played pathetically?????

Will we challenge the Dogs? It's going to be tough.

I wouldnt have picked us to beat the Eels away a couple of years ago in round 2 and I wouldnt have picked us to beat the Knights away last year.

Plus with the uncertainty hanging over the Bulldogs, anything can happen in a week. Jimbo was saying last night that our saviour might be the DPP.

The Dogs were very good, but in saying that the Eels went pretty ordinary.

I'm confident the dogs wont beat us the way they beat Parramatta last night.

You are right about us winning the impossible games. Time and time again we have overcome impossible odds to defeat teams and I'm hoping we can do the same next week.

It's undeniable that we have the potential to do this (not just next week but all season), it's just a matter of finding the right balance and it will all click into place.

Docking was in front last night, but I reckon General Zod's email protest has him just in front now. :)
