I'm just sad I can't like this thread topic more than once. Sadder that he wasn't sent packing last year after his Coke Zero chugging mate Griffin was punted.
McGregor was at the ground today. Should have got his jetski out and sailed off with Hunt on the back.
To be fair Hunt only kicked the ball out on the full 3 times today. Twice on the 5th tackle Jaydn Sua was given the task of kicking the ball. All in all, one of Hunt's better efforts.

I would take Hunt over any marque signing the Tigers have had from the last 10-15 years. Adam Blair is still atop the pile of shit mountain though

Obviously Ben Hunt would be a great marquee player somewhere but he clearly wants to leave and move on and the Dragons stopped him, that obviously impacts motivation and the like and has lead to another shit year by the marquee halfback. If he had signed to the Dolphins like rumoured I reckon he'd be crushing it and they'd probably be top 4.

As for worst marquee player, I'd like to throw in one for "all time". Canberra Raiders urgently needed an experience halfback and signed Matt Orford for the 2011 season, just 3 seasons previous he won the Dally M and was a grand final winning halfback, Canberra signed him and it was a huge marquee deal, he proceeded to play a few very below average games and then got injured unfortunately ending his career.
