Who owns the USARL?

I saw that the USARL is a registered limited liability company and was wondering if anyone out there knows who the shareholder or shareholders are?
Can anyone shed any light on this?

i think the idea is that everyone who is involved with the league collectively owns the league.

Taxes are a burden of the corporate entity itself.

I know nothing about the USARL other than what is on their website and stated from official sources. Which is quite a lot actually. I also know a lot about limited liability companies and how they can be structured. I assume the USARL is a member managed LLC. There is not a single "owner". I presume a single person is the registered agent. It would also be safe to assume that in their bylaws it states something along the lines of each team admitted or accepted in to the league would gain share in the USARL and shares would be restructured evenly. It probably named the eight starting clubs and states no one team can have a majority. It also would state the term of the elected officials, the length of their term and who votes. I haven't a clue on how distributions if any are structured since I am sure there is are thing pertaining to burden of cost of the league for operations and initial start up funds to be reimbursed to whomever but that person is not a share holding member.
