If Mundine came to the Warriors would you be happy? On one hand I think he would be good for the team, but on the other it would mean most liekly losing Ropati, which I wouldn't be happy about.

How good would he be, having not played for 5 years and about to turn 30 (I think)?

Pretty dodgy imo. Although I am a fan of the guy.

No thanks. He was a great player in his day, but as TH says ; five years
out of the game and getting a bit long in the tooth now.

He will go to a Sydney club, if he indeed does come back.

Good luck to him.

Cheers

I'd be happy.
My opinion of him changed when he came over to Auckland to visit the Warriors.
He's still a loud mouthed arrogant prick but at 30 yrs old there a lot of gametime left in him...and he sure had the skills.
Any club that ends up with him would be better off I reckon.

Mundine can aslo play at 4 or 3 (centre) as can Ropati.

Perhaps ...

This was why the club dumped Vinnie Anderson ???

I would have Mundine any day! Who would you rather Mundine or Hohaia? Its a no brainer
Who's talking about Hohaia? Ropati is our long term future at stand-off, not Hohaia.

Well whos wearing the number 6 jersey on Saturday mate?
Who was wearing it three weeks ago? Hohaia's only there because Webb got injured and Ropati was moved to fullback to cover for him, and Kemp doesn't want to move Hohaia right now because he filled in pretty well at stand-off. But sooner of later Lance will have an ordinary game andf Ropati will be back in tha starting lineup.

Well that just shows that Kemp thinks that the job Hohaia is doing at the moment(a pretty average one at that) is better than what Ropati can offer doesnt it? I dont question Ropatis talent at all, but its a question of how well the warriors are going to develope his talent. If theyre going to let him warm the bench for Hohaia hes going to go to another team and in that case we gotta have "the man". It'll be intresting to see what happens over the next few weeks.

Mundine will have a cry about that, just like he did at Brisbane. If he is coming back, he'll want the #6 jersey with his name on it every week.

It'll be very interesting to see where he goes. I would love to see him in a Warriors jersey, that would be something special.

I'd love to see him in a Warriors jersey but I doubt if the coaching staff would want another "Headache"

I bet the Rabbitohs will welcome him with open arms.

even with 5 years out of the game...he would probably still be an improvement on ropati and hohaia.

He would be to much an individual when we want the team going well. We would be the best team when it came to the biff though

No thanks!

Lance has been pretty good this year, his support play has been excellent. Still has a lot to develop on though, but at least that aspect may give him some confidence. I'd expect Ropati is viewed as the long term five eighth and Hohaia more of a halfback option.
