While it would be massive, Mary getting the sack is not the biggest hurdle here.

The board would just replace him with Young or Hornby anyway.

There's no excuse for McGregor, he's had the time to build the team he wants. The highlight of his coaching career was the finals game against Broncos last year, seems like the team has taken 5 steps backward this season.
