Saw simmo the other day and he's looking like an axe. A f**k load more cut than he was last year.

If only his heart can catch up with his physique, there might still be some hope .........

When Fox Sports News interviewed your mobs CEO, he seemed to like Dustin Cooper very much.

He said Cooper and Anderson were almost matching it with Alberts in terms of speed.

He said there is plenty of competition for the winger/centre spot

Dustin Cooper
Fraser Anderson
Paul Stephenson (Underated IMO)
Misi Taulapapa
Mitch Brown

And then you have Luke Covell, Ben Pomeroy, Josh Hannay..

funny how there isstrength & depth in all backline positions.
except fullback.
he has had a dream NRL ride, our man of potential.

Hopefully Ricky brings that potential out - otherwise there is plenty of competition, which is a good thing.

To start off with, we are weak at Number 1 , from day 1. Simmo is not rated by anybody except for his "potential".
So we have a weak number 1, with a walk up start AGAIN, & no competition.

We should use Alberts money & source an experienced number 1 immediately.
I rate that caine kid & we should have landed him. Also players like Wes, Best, Schiff, rogers, have been on the market recently. why the f**k arent we strengthening a weak position?

Add to that, Ricky rated Simmo the worst fullback in the NRL last year. & that was without shifted fullbacks like hornby, Lockyer et al which would have landed "the SIMMO" at around 20th.
This was the perfect year to have an experienced player like Peach at the back, with "potential" like Simmo doing their stuff & pressuring.

I agree, we should be strengthening the position. Competition for spots breeds success.

I'd love to see Peach back but it ain't going to happen.

Ricky does rate Simmo.

I thought he would really kick on...however,

I saw a re-run of his effort against the Knights last year for the dragons.

diabolical ...and that is being nice.

I laughed and laughed.
