Ben Barba for mine. Second year in the position and the bulldogs should be a stronger team this year.

About 5 years ago Steve Clark and Paul Simpkins had a few terrible matches in a row (or season or two...)- the Telegraph ran an article with their heads photoshopped onto the bodies of koalas with a headline along the lines of "Protected Species".

In my biased opinon I'm hoping Michael Jennings makes up for last season by being top tryscorer.

But realisticly my money is on Manu Vatuvei.

Well from what I've read in other threads Barba will score 80 tries this year and the boughtdogs will win the title.

But Uate has to be the realistic man's choice.

Naiqama was setting up Uate just as well as Mad Dog before he got injured, so I'd like to think they could continue that combo this year. If its not as potent theres always Boyd who'll guarantee Aku gets quality ball, plus Aku does alot of the work himself, he just keeps getting better so I think he should be favourite for top try scorer
