I reckon the winner will have to turn around and play the winner of the Scotland / Wales vs Ireland / Lebanon the next week, so it is probably more sensible to go straight to the UK.

You may be right though as it is quite possible that the "European" side that will meet winners of USA-Samoa in repechage final could be Lebanon!

Certainly more interest in Oz for Samoa-Lebanon final play off!
