She is a fairly pretty girl and a really talented singer but her decision making in the clothing department makes Amy Winehouses hairdo's seem rather attractive.

I personally think she has an interesting face and she's a great talent. I just find her taste in clothes utterly bizarre and not in the Marilyn Manson way.

It was the whole "dressing like yer Grandma did in the 70's" thing that confused me.

She doesnt do it all the time, but often enough for it to be a bit of thing and I wondered if there was a specific reason.

Morrissey in the 80's used to wear a hearing aid. Not because he was deaf, but because a fan was and she was so upset at being constantly ridiculed that he wore it in solidarity. His attitude was that he wanted to be singled out as being different - that way people who were also different had someone they could relate to. A rallying cry for the disenchanted so to speak.

I was really wondering if her dress sense was based on a similar philosophy. Whatever the case, I think she's great.
