i think freddy should defiantley have ben sent to the bin and a penalty try awarded, but its happened now there is nothing we can do about it and while we say WHAT IF freddy did get sin binned and WHAT IF we have scored a few tries. the fact is that it didnt happen and we were behind by 28 points on the board and it would be very unlikely that we would've come back.
like someone else said it does leave you feeling just a littel bitter about the loss

anyone else see freddy talking to the refs after the game? prob telling them that he would send the money to them asap :D

ofcourse the roosters beat us fair and square last night...but what i cant understand is, with the whole freddy fiasco...why he wasnt sin binned? and also why we got a Penalty not a penalty try? i mean okay we got a change to get another 4 or six points on the board with that penalty, but we would have got the 6 points on the board anyway if Freddy hadnt pulled kurt Back.

This i believe is quite unfair because we were not successful with that penalty we got and thus didnt get any points at all when we should have because Kurt would have definately made that try.

GET OVER IT LOSER

Actually Faranah wasnt complaining Vigilante, in fact I would have to say that you have some issues...

Now back to your own forum little boy

The replay I watched of the Quinn no-try like many others have said did not have Quinn in the picture. Maybe if you were watching the footy on digital widescreen, which shows more of the picture, he may have been visible. Maybe someone who watched it in widescreen can fill us in.

As for the other puzzling decisions, ie.
1. The supposed(?) late tackle on Finch(I think they scored from the next set)
2. The lack of a penalty try to Kurt Gidley who would have most likely scored if not taken out.

These few stuff ups aside I think the knights made more mistakes than the ref. In the end it was the roosters sheer weight of possession and their class and confidence that sunk the Knights. Not saying that a couple of decisions the other way couldn't have changed that. Footy's a funny old game and anything can happen.

The Knights really turned up to play on Saturday and I think we should be extremely proud of their effort and the fact that they never gave up.

In the end it was a great effort for them to get there.

OK Snapper. I was watching a replay of the game at a bar, and they had a huge projecter, and u could see that Quinn was on the 10, and Kurt was on the 11 (well, if there was a line there you would call it that)

Thats fair enough than. Like I said, I couldn't see it on the TV I was watching(which was also A projector, at the Kent Hotel). But I wasn't questioning you Tim 2. You made some excellent points.

The view was from a really weird angle. The only way you could tell was that he was standing on the 10 and Kurt wasnt there yet. Where there a few ppl at the Kent? It is one of those places were everyone seems to go all the time.

yeah there was a few people there. But thats the first time I've been there in ages so I dont know if it was a big crowd for the Kent or not. I knew some blokes from the band that was playing there. So thats why I was there.A bar can be a dangerous place for me to watch the knights because win or lose I always seem to find myself on a bender.
