Just listened to it, sounded incredible

the british fans are getting some great games over easter, and good crowds too.

Yes, sounded like a great game.

Typical Sean Long though, putting a late drop goal over. I think Wigan played very well, but I hate it when they keep saying they have a lot of injuries.

If they hadn't spent so much of the salary cap on Farrell and Orr then they could have kept the likes of Johnson, Briscoe, Bibey etc.

Wigan are a very workmanlike side with nothing to offer in terms of penetration. They seemed to be willing to accept whatever gifts Saints tossed them. Saints should have had put them to bed in the first half, firstly by converting the 3 tries we scored, and secondly by being a little more composed when we got close.

Wigan are as efficient as ever, but are not contenders for Super League on that form. I would say Warrington would beat them but they have just been beaten by Widnes

The positive thing for me was the dominant performance of Keiron Cunningham. Back to his best he bossed the match. Farrell, Newton and Orr were all anonymous for Wigan.

Wigan really haven't got that many players left out injured at the moment. Carney, Hodgson and then Lam who I don't think has even been offered a new contract. (Apologies if I've missed any out though, I've had a couple and they're the only ones who spring to mind). We've got just as many out - Bennet, Gleeson, Stankevitch, Jonkers. And I wouldn't say we have an "injury crisis" at all :? . Hull, on the other hand seem to have a curse hanging over them. Even Bradford have suffered quite a few injuries, to big name players as well.

One Wigan fan said they were short on halves - O'Loughlin, Orr, Robinson and Brown and then Lam possibly coming back in the near future. If anything they look really short in the centres and wing positions.

Some of the passing from Saints was poor today. Scully, Long and Higham, players in our pivotal positions seem to have very dodgy distribution at times. There's no doubt the weather didn't help but I think Saints need to work on passing more on training.

Cunningham played a blinder once again and was our best player by far. For Wigan Farrell looked very impressive and back to full fitness. Great news for GB.

Saints bossed the first half but Wigan never said die throughout and played very well in the 2nd half. I'd say a draw is a very fair result. Both sides showed a lot of guts and passion. Both drop goals were pretty impressive efforts as well with the pressure they were hit under and in the conditions. I'm happy with the result and so are all the Wiganers I know.

I can't understand why some people were writing Wigan off before this game. I know they lost to Hudds but they're a very decent side and I'm not looking forward to playing them. Look at the Wigan line-up, it's a pretty strong outfit! I actually thought we were going to lose this one given the hoodoo Wigan have had over us in recent years.

Highlight of the game has to be Edmondson tripping over himself and flying through the air Matrix style  The brawl was pretty good as well. Can't beat a good punch up on derby day! Bring back the biff

Leeds-Bradford was a cracker as well. And what an effort by Widnes to see off Wire in their own backyard. It's gonna be a tough, see-saw year for most the sides this season!

Tiger, I don't think Wigan wanted Bibey, they'd shipped him out to Leigh and it was pretty clear they didn't want him anymore. Fair play to them though, they were very smart and got a fee for him! Gotta say he doesn't really look worth the money so far, guess he needs time though. He's been out with a broken jaw and probably needs another game or 2. Fozzard looks in desparate need of a rest, the poor bugger has played a lot of minutes and has played his heart out so far.

Johnson has been a big loss for them. They look short on centres and he could probably make a huge difference there for them. Briscoe looks a very promising player, I've been very impressed with him. Unfortunately for him, he had Radlinski in front of him and it would've been a mammoth task to displace him. Downside of the salary cap hey but as you say, they had to go to accomodate Orr. Not sure about that decision tbh, they seemed well covered there at the time of signing him, especially as I think Lam was fit, playing very well and set to stay for this season.

Only time will tell if they've made the right decision re:Orr. As you can guess, I'm still annoyed at his decision which is why it seemed like I was having a go at Wigan.

Love him or hate him, Maurice Lindsay is an astute businessman and certainly knows how to profit from certain situations e.g. Bibey situation.

I think Wigan will come good, its like a broken record-they have a poor start, blame injuries, players return and then they go on a winning streak.

Briscoe played well for Hull on Friday night, very committed. Paul Johnson has looked good for Bradford as well.

Me thinks they've made a huge mistake releasing these players, but at the moment I have more important things to worry about such as 'why is my team bottom.'

Wigan will reach the 6 and probably the 4 easily. they've got a very good side and you've got to bare in mind that 2 of their losses have come against Bradford and Leeds.

It's going to be interesting down at the bottom. On paper, London look by far the poorest team. Woeful Widnes looked pretty poor and then they go and come away from HJS with a win! Salford seem to be playing with a lot of spirit at the moment and Wakefield look a much better side that in previous years. Can't see Cas going down, though something needs to be done. I think they really need to beat London on Tuesday.

London are a very poor team this year, and it remains to be seen if they can survive financially. They are averaging around 3500 a game which isn't enough to sustain their position in super league.

It will be interesting to see if we can beat London on Tuesday. Anything less than a win and our record of never being out of the top flight will be in real danger.
