Unbeleivable appearence by Wiki, what an inspiration...
The thing that made it even better is that he played for the majority of the game, including the entire 1st half... a lot more that the 5 to 20 mins most we're expecting if he played at all.
Forget Wiki being physically at 60%, physically he would have been at about 10%, it was all heart that got him up to 60% mark and allowed him to hold his own out there.
I think the big difference between Wiki and Morely (since Morely came over) is that when Morely turns a game with a big hit the Roosters capitalise on it and usually go on to win, whilst the Raiders don't with Wiki. In other words Morely is surrounded by a better pack and team in geneal, therefore his inspiration has a bigger effect because it is on better players. I'm thinking as an example back to the first Roosters vs Raiders game a Aussie last year, when Wiki killed Chad Robison, but the Raiders failed to intimidate enough to hold on and win (Hegarty says thanks Shiv). Hopefully Wiki will be back for the tri-series, they can match up there.
Good to see the Raiders fans give him a good send off, as well as a lot of Roosters fans who waited around to clap him off... it was we'll deserved.
And how good was the Jake the Mus haircut!! You can just imagine Wiki looking at himself in the mirror before the game firing himself up before taking over the prematch fire up speech from a bewilded and scared Simon Woolford... "Always f**king reading... you're too bloody f**king lippy and too bloody f**king smart, you're just like your mother", then maybe about the Roosters pack "too much weights not enough speed work, f**king useless pricks", and then after the game about a distrught female raiders fan "anybody would of thought i told her my prick fell off" Thankfully Wiki is just the good lunatic Jake the Mus, not the self-destructive, not give a f**k Jake the Mus.
As Temura Morrison said -> to the real Jake the Mus, hope you still have a long and great career ahead of you.
