Will it Continue?

The Tigers are sitting in a great position as the semi finals creep up on us quicker than we all think. The question i ask of you is will it continue? That is, will the Tigers run of white hot form continue or will there be a little stumble along the way? Every win could be close to another win or closer to another loss...so who do you think the Tigers will win against or lose against in their last 4 games?

Next week it ends, I suspect. Our defence won't be able to contain a fired up Cowboys outfit. If we win, it will be on the back of a massive scoreline.

Apart from that, though, I think we'll put in a good showing for the rest of our games.

I believe we can win the rest of our games or lose the rest of them. If we play at our best for 80 minutes we'll win them all but if we relax we could lose all 4 matches. Its so close this year.

They will definately drop at least one game in the run home, probably two in my opinion.

This game against the Cowboys is huge- the winner will go through to the top 4 IMO.

no supporter likes to admit that their team will lose. tigers supporters have been able to accept that a loss is coming for many years now. but for now im going to enjoy the limelight while i can. "no we will not drop a game" and we will finish third.

i think the perfect thing for us would be:

win vs cowboys
win vs bulldogs
lose ve storm
win vs panthers

we would probably still be in the top four, but we would know we aren't indestructable.

Wolverine - Chewbacca does not make sense ... like your highlighted sentence above does not make sense or is inconclusive...

We havent really played too many of the top teams in the last 6 games so we havent really been put to the test. Cowboys this week will be a good yard stick and I think we have something to prove after what they did to us this time last year which I am sure the boys will be reminded of. I reckon we are a good chance at 7 straight. Then after that its a week by week proposition.

A loss between now and the semis will do us the world of good to bring us back to earth before we take on the form sides of Broncos and Dragons.

I would not mind winning 3 and losing to the Panthers. I honestly dont know what will happen. For the last fortnight I was sure we were going to lose but we haven't. Toss a coin each week and make your bets

Big day Sunday.

The memories of the corresponding match last year are still fresh. Halatau has the chance to erase the memories of that day, I hope he does.

geez...that's a pretty difficult run home... The Tigers could easily win all 4, yet they could easily lose all four. Cowboys will be desperate to win this week..as will the Storm and Bulldogs. The Panthers..well I refuse to believe they're the 3rd worst team in the competition.

Didn't the Tigers have to win one of there last 3 to qualify for the eight last year? Hopefully they don't choke again...They can feel free to choke all they want against the Cowboys this week though. :p The Tigers are an exciting team, and I'd like to see them make the eight..

Hopefully the full house at Campbelltown Stadium will help Wests bring home the meat.

I hope it doesn't end for the Tigers sake. But I have a feeling it may. I CANT WAIT! for the game against the Cowboys, itll be a show of awesome attacking football, but Ive got the feeling the Cowboys are gonna be desperate to win this one and upstage the hottest team in the comp at the moment.

Whichever teams defence wins the battle wins the game I think. Both teams are freakish in attack so it will come down to defence. That is why I am a tad nervous

I reckon we'll be switched on for this one. At times our scrambling defence has been as good as anyone's.

The problem is that when we go to sleep for 20 minutes, the Cowboys could put on 30.

That 100% right. Each team could lay on 30 or 40, but if the Tigers defend how they defended against the Sharks, I think they'll have the edge in this one.

Also..remember that the Cowboys aren't the greatest afternoon team.. They play much better at night. From a Cowboys fan's perspective, I'd be much more confident if this game was played at night, as I don't think we've put a big score on anyone this year in a day game. We've either been smashed or had a narrow victory or loss.
