Yes, unforunately we don't have such a plaintiff friendly system...but it would still be open to a jury and as such, like you said - anythings possible. It would be interesting if the B sample was negative. SMH won't talk so tough then.

I have serious doubts about Willie taking anyone to court. I would have had a writ issued the day the papers first published their statement. The Bulldogs management have not strongly denied that a player was fined $25,000 for testing positive. I think the silence will continue to be deafening.
