Surely there's no self respecting NRL club that would take this idiot on. He's played about 5 good games since he 2006 and has torn 2 clubs apart. He had his chance at the Dogs but threw it away over a stupid feud over a charity boxing match or something of similar importance.

The Roosters gave him a chance, but he obviously didn't give a shit there either.

Then the Cowboys gave him a chance, he didn't do much there either.

He's had his chances, he obviously didn't care.

I'll give credit where it's due, 2002-2006 he was one of the best forwards in the game. yeah the fro may have helped him get noticed, but he had the talent.

Poor Willie I think more and more High Profile Players in the NRL need to Hire a Publicist and Public Image advisor (or there needs to be proper ones at the Clubs to Potty train and hold the hands of these idiots) Bad look for the Player bad look for the game.

I think he still has alot to offer but at the same time how do you buy a player like him at his age and expect him to be part of the senior and leadership group in the team...

Bet he goes to Cronulla if anywhere.

Most players in his situation would accept reality and either play for a Illawarra or Newcastle club and work in the mines, start up their own business or take on a role with a NRL club, but Willie would be too lazy to want to do physical labor in the mines, too stupid to run a business and burnt too many bridges to be given a cushy job for an NRL club. It will be interesting to see what happens to him.
