the windsor team should be a very talented team this week.Rodney played last weekend i would expect woolnough, sammutt, to join them this week with a possibility f.pulutua could be back as well

I got to see the Windsor v Manly game on Fox and have concluded the following

Josh McCrone needs to really work on his defence. He has a habit of rushing out of the line and tackling no one, when he did try and tackle some one he invariably fell off. His attack is o/k but needs to get more involved as Georgiou controlled most of the play. Based on what I saw he is a long way off 1st grade.

Hutch Mavia isn't 1st grade standard any more (Brendan Worth played better than he did as did Frankie Puletua).

Shane Rodney and Frankie Puletua need more game time at Windsor to get peak match fitness.

Adam Schubert wouldn't look astray in a first grade jersey as an interchange lock.

McConkie Tuasa could make the step up to 1st grade (Left hand side winger). Would work very well wiith Jennings and Pritchard.

An interesting comment raised by Peter Mullholland re the partnership with Windsor was that there was ill feeling from the Windsor players towards the Penrith players due to the Penrith coaching staffnot bothering with them. This has resulted in Matt Adamsom and to a lesser extent Wayne Collins going to traing with the Windsor team and if able turning up at games.

i think it was also coming from the players at first as they felt if the went to windsor they would not be seen again. But the partnership is now on track with both adamson and collins attending games.I agree that hutch is no where near first grade and out of that game if you put aside names there was only 2 that stood out F pulutua and Adam shubert both strong games.
Also i paid close attention to mcrone and aiton both will have to improve greatly to get to first grade.Isofia is miles ahead of aiton based on aitons performance in that game
