Love CT but he is way too slow
100 - I think Sloan adds due to his ability to combine through the middle w Gutho and will help us break things up a bit w his speed. No doubt the other wingers are more seasoned and "pro's" at the basics of wingplay but I think the "x factor" might get him the nod. I'd like to see Finau and Sloan personallyFinau looked very good. But having said that Sloan would have scored those 4 tries as well due to the good work inside.
Great observation. If CT plays today a couple of those long range tries don't get scored ,
he simply doesn't have the pace .. which is a shame because he ticks
most other boxes
Probably true, but there are also games where there are no long range tries and the most important thing is muscling up and making some metres with really tough carries. Those games are more common than the 4 tries in a half games. If CT plays today a couple of those long range tries don't get scored ,

I think Sloan plays on the right. He only played on the left because Finau got injured. So it could be finau on the left and Sloan on the right for round 1.Probably true, but there are also games where there are no long range tries and the most important thing is muscling up and making some metres with really tough carries. Does anyone know who is the quickest winger? How about a list from quickest to slower.I think the trials showed that our winger depth is not just a list of players. It's depth, and a nice headache for Flanno. What does the team need more? We need speed for sure... so that leans toward Finau, Sloan and Lawson. But with no Lomax and a lack of power in the middle we need the tough carries and big metres of Tuipolotu and Feagai.
I reckon the latter is probably what we need slightly more than the former. They'll still score a bunch of tries because our edges are so dangerous.
Finau is the quickest out and out winger, sloans probably quicker than him. From there it would go Lawson, then toss a coin for the other 3 snails in Rav Fegai and TuiDoes anyone know who is the quickest winger? How about a list from quickest to slower.
Ok granted I haven't seen a lot of him but to me Lawson can give you both. He looks like a mix between Flo and Cooper but with extra speed to burn. Athletic, physical and a natural footy player. Happy for the coach to run with the current pair and interject with Sloan but wouldn't be leaving Lawson in the reggies for too long. I think he potentially has the most to offer out team as the full player. Feagai, CT and Sloan all have done great things but have demonstrated limitations in certain aspects of the game.I think the trials showed that our winger depth is not just a list of players. According to The Roar, Lawson runs 10m/s, which makes him an elite sprinter.Finau is the quickest out and out winger, sloans probably quicker than him. From there it would go Lawson, then toss a coin for the other 3 snails in Rav Fegai and Tui
