Fox Sports says he will miss two games if found guilty but one if he successfully defends it. You dont get suspeneded at all for something you are not guilty of.

But any carry over points from last year were scrapped because it was under the old judiciary.

Nope - they still remain apparently. Thats what they hit Cayless and Wiki and many others with. Check the judiciary report on the NRL main site and nearly every player charged has carry overs. :?

I think you may find that the points he has a carried over from back in round 3 when he was charged with a grade 3 dangerous throw in premier league (it was against newcastle and it was pretty bad - nothing compared to what happened on saturday) he was suspended from premier league so maybe they are the points carried over from his suspention...
