funnily enough this is not such a dumb question. As silly a concept as that sounds, i read a story on foxsports.com.au that suggests that if he doesn't beat the charge he gets 2 weeks and if he beats it he gets one week. I think however that this is a pure and utter typo. There is no way that getting off the charge would result in anything but exonneration.

If he beats the charge i don't see how its possible that he not be available to play this week. Just an error in the story...

re: the 1 week, 2 week saga, im not sure, but i think i remember somewhere that you get points just for getting charged, like 25 or something, so witty being on 93pts, + 25pts even if he beats it still sees him have a one week breather unfortunatley. i will try and search my dumb blonde mind to as where i actually heard this information. :?

It was on Sports Tonight last night. He was wearing a black coat and trousers, dark grey shirt and grey tie. He was looking very fine. He said to Sports Tonight that he was disappointed with the decision but got a fair hearing.
