I think they've mentioned in the past that travel costs and distances involved mean it's impractical for all parties. Still not ideal given that BC seems to have a far stronger domestic base.

Any one know if USARL players will be eligible? I think I saw a USARL player playing for the Bulls Friday night, maybe VAss was giving him a look? No idea what his name was or what team he played for, but I remember seeing him play for a couple teams in the 2011 and 2013 9's tournaments.

An all Pennsylvania team vs the rest of the country would be a perfect way to judge the best domestic players in both leagues. WAR at the SHORE would be the perfect time!

(Pennsylvania actually does this in high school wrestling, PA vs the rest of the US)
